A solar charger from Solelia Greentech is more than just a charging pole. The solar chargers are designed to protect against sun and rain, and requires minimal area from the parking space.
They can follow the sun during the day in order to be optimally angled at all times and produce as much electricity as possible – which is up to 30% more than conventional fixed solar cells. The solar charger can be ordered in any color and logo and slogan in order to maximally highlight the organization’s commitment to the environment.
The electricity that is not used for charging when the sun shines is stored in a special solar account on Solbanken ™ (The Sun Bank) which can then be used at any time of the day, any day of the year.
The charging station has a roof area of 7 square meters per parking space, a peak power of about 1 kW and produces up to 1200 kWh / yr. This gives about 7000 to 10000 kilometers of driving per year depending on car type and driving style.
The solar stand is made of special steel, which minimizes material usage by being extra thin and strong, and consists of two sturdy legs with a swivel mounting plate for the solar modules. In addition to solar modules and stands, also included are inverters, connectors, wiring and equipment.
